Gluten Free Sausage (Rocket) Rolls


Perfect for bonfire night

These delicious gluten free sausage rolls are a real crowd pleaser. That perfect snack for new year or to eat around the bonfire. Best of all when their served warm from the oven


6 Primal Cut sausages (The Hunters)

50 g grated cheese

375 g puff pastry

1 egg



Gluten Free Sausage Rolls:

  • Take skins off the sausages and mash with the cheese, divide into four
  • Roll out the puff pastry
  • Brush with egg wash
  • Divide into four pieces (approx 18 cm X 10 cm)
  • Take one of the rectangles and place a quarter of the rolled out sausage on top
  • Fold over the pastry and press to seal, encasing the sausage
  • Fork the edge, trim and repeat
  • Chill for 30 min sin the fridge before cooking
  • Brush with egg wash and bake for approx 20 min in a warm oven (180C)
