Easy sausage recipe: These deliciously sweet and sticky sausage skewers make perfect finger food for Christmas!  Follow the easy steps below to delight your family and friends at your Christmas party.

Ingredients

 

Rose Harissa

Exotic Rose Harissa Paste is available from supermarkets

2 packs of Primal Cut gluten-free breakfast sausages (thin)

2 tbspn clear honey

1 tbspn orange juice

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbspn rose harissa

 

Method

Soak a dozen or so small wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.

Add the all natural sausages and cook, turning until browned and completely cooked through

Mix the honey, rose harissa, orange juice and cinnamon with a good seasoning of sea salt.

Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the sausages in the pan and cook for a further minute until sticky.

Skewer the sausages then serve with the left-over glaze as a dip.
