Provenance

Transparency and integrity are key to the success of our gourmet sausages. The quality of ingredients we use is very important to us, that’s why we list them the front of our packs – in clear font and plain english.  This gets a big thumbs up from customers – Let’s be real, it shouldn’t take a bachelor of science to understand an ingredients list.

Our Suppliers

All our pork is locally sourced (Yorkshire) from an independently certified Free Range (RSPCA & RED TRACTOR approved) farms. Our Food Safety Management System applies robust controls and ensures meeting our customer expectations remains our primary objective. From an environmental aspect we’re committed to ensuring as far as practicable, all raw materials including packaging are locally sourced, organic and/or non GM, grain free, grass fed, recyclable or biodegradable.  We do everything we can to ensure customer piece of mind and confidence in knowing our sausages are of the highest quality and are created from only the finest naturally occurring ingredients.
