Primal Bacon - its got it all, the authentic provenance of Slow Food, an all-natural flavour and nutrisiously good for you.  This highest of welfare bacon  is RSPCA certified free range and comes from Yorkshire Landrace/Duroc pigs. This hybrid breed we chose specifically as its primal cuts are ideal for creating our famous bacon & sausages - long back, large hams and an excellent covering of fat. In terms of welfare, our ethical husbandry is there to ensure all livestock gets; 24/7 access to fresh food, bedding, freedom to roam, forage, socialise, rest, shelter, suckle from their mother and feel the sun on their backs - when it shines.
