Made with the original sasitsa (sausage) recipe from San Giovanni in Calabria. The same sausage is still available in small italian grocery stores in West Virginia, USA and has been for the last 100 years.  Made from our traditional 100% free range Yorkshire pork and flavoured with paprika and Calabrian pepper.  We have looked for this recipe for such a long time and are delighted to bring you an exceptional authentic italian sausage, which we hope you'll enjoy cooking in all your paleo-friendly, low carb and keto meals!
