This week, our delicious pork and apple sausage is our sausage of the week. The sausage features apples hand-picked from Otley allotments. We would like to say very special thanks to the lovely Hazel who made this all possible. So for this pork and apple sausage, we have combined fresh “Otley” apples with our premium quality pork, herbs and spices. We like to keep things simple. In fact, we only make gluten free sausages. This means that all our sausages are free from rusk and filler and made simply from the best (prime) cuts of Free Range Pork, hence our name: Primal Cut. Furthermore, none of our sausages contain any chemicals or artificial preservatives. We think you will be able to taste the difference.
